Chris -- Do consider PIP (http://fis-pip.com / http://sourceforge.net/projects/pip) - with GT.M, it has near real time streaming replication, ACID transactions, etc. etc. etc. GPL v3, but probably moving to Affero GPL v3 on the next release.
