Well that installs 3.9 by default and 4.1 optionally.  I use 3.9, but have the 
launchpad.net version of 4.x installed.  I peek at it about twice a month, 
but rarely stay more than 5 minutes.  I just check out the apps where I am 
anticipating improvements.  If things like kontact/kmail are good, I can 
learn to live with the UI.  If Konqueror/dolphin.part remains crippled, I 
plan to stay with Hardy LTS until KDE 4.5 or something.
