[PLUG] More fun w/help desk software

OK, I got PHP working in my Apache 2 server. Now, I need to get the help
desk package running.
The package I want to test is osticket
(http://www.osticket.com/index.php). There are two parts to this
package: the Web front end, + a MySQL back end. Does anyone have any
experience setting up this package, or at least more experience
w/configuring MySQL than I have? Given that I have precious little MySQL
experience, the latter part shouldn't be much of a reach.
Any help would be much appreciated.
