[PLUG] osTicket, sendmail, + postfix

Based on multiple recommendations here, I replaced sendmail w/postfix.
The performance improvement was instant + well beyond remarkable. I'm
talking orders of magnitude better: where sendmail would take ~ 60-70
sec. to generate a message upon issue submission, postfix responds all
but instantly. This removes a potentially huge obstacle to user
acceptance of this helpdesk software package.
