That means no adaptation or derivation of my work; your license would allow others to modify and adapt the logo, to suit their own purposes. Suppose someone wished to make a pornographic version ($DIETY knows why :-)) of the PLUG logo; this license allows that, as long as they only use it for non-commercial use.
