[PLUG] Remote Desktop and gnats....

I am disappointed to have to tell you that the very good logmein.com
service isn't linux-friendly. I have a few accounts we use for remote
support at work. I tried for the first time and it didn't want to hear
about it.
But since I am a commercial customer, maybe my two cents will actually
go somewhere (besides the circular file).
IIRC, my coworkers told me it installed an app of some sort.
