quite frankly, I'm shocked they even responded to you.
My work domain tends to pop up on Verizon's blacklist now and again,
just for fun. It's not related to anything we do. It just happens and
we have to get in touch again, asking them to take us off the list again.
I can't say I've had a positive experience with these clowns, if they
even bothered to respond.
