William, usually I agree with you, but I think you've got it
backwards here:

Real sysadmins can handle all of the above and aren't picky.

HR idiots buzzword search for specific OSes and discard candidates
for normal SA positions because they don't say, for example, "HP-UX"
or "AIX" anywhere on them.
