Opps I always forget.

Just to let folks know that I actually do search before posting.

There are 3rd party services that will do this from a cell phone e.g Recordia via a phone company switch but they are expensive either low monthly with per minute charges or high monthly charges. 

The low tech approach would be to place the phone in speaker mode and use a external digital recorder. 

Or Radio Shack makes an inline recording device for corded cell phone headphones.

I could also purchase one of those cell phone bug programs and essentially spy on myself.
