Sorry didn't mean to get touchy. Every time I remind someone about the TOS they signed I get yelled at like it's my fault or something. Like I'm the Comcast police. I don't even own Comcast stock (sigh).

Yes upper management....I get don't speak geek speak all the time. Must talk baby talk to them. Use plumbing analogizes all the time. They have zero patience for IT issues especially CEO's. I just spent the other day hiding wires at my bosses house. Had to add an outlet and the guy had like 10 three way light switches with switched outlets as well. That was fun. After I got done one of the three way switches didn't work. I asked him if it worked before and his response was, I don't know. It's that old commercial all over again; honey what's this switch do, as he opens and closes the neighbors garage door on her car(love that commercial, cracks me every time).

So yes brother I feel your pain.
