In case I didn't make myself clear, I can get to the Internet in the RDP
session. Hell, I can RDP into my own desktop in the office and do it from
there. I just can't get to the Internet from my home connection, and I can't
use local apps to do it.

I have windows-based Sonic Wall software that lets me do it in a vm, but no
luck yet with native Linux software. vpnc works, and there is a GUI wrapper
for KDE. I just have the problems I mentioned when I do it that way.
