Somewhere recently, I saw some coverage of a company whose business model is just that : get an extension on your paper by purchasing a corrupted Word doc from us for submittal to your prof.  I assume that you could tell them the appropriate length of the desired file, perhaps intersperse the garbage with appropriate jargon...
