When I set up a wifi connection I want my > wifi manager to just remember the key next time I want to connect, period. I don't understand why anyone using wireless would use anything but WICD for controlling access to a wireless router. For that matter you can also use WICD for ethernet connections too. In fact, it's easy to use. Only caveat is to disable other wireless software. Thus switching from Gnome to KDE, Blackbox, or you name the Desktop won't require changes in your method of connecting. ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
