I've been using basic.
I don't see anything configurable in webmail
I cant imagine anyone wanting to send html tags.
I hate verizon

I will try NOT basic.

but when I checked the source of this message, you do have html tags.
Which
version of Verizon Webmail are you using, Basic or Rich Interface?  You
might want to check your settings on their webpage mail. The source of
