I am no authority on net neutrality, BUT, competition doesn't work if a 
monopolistic company is allowed to, as they say, "restrain trade" by 
grabbing one kind of bottleneck or another [such as the company that laid 
out a lot of cable who then decides if you want to use their cable you have 
faster service only if you go to Web sites that pay them an extra fee].
