Interesting.

Endian community has no limits on internal number of IP's
The commercial version has additional features such as:

- Hotspot with radius support
- High Availability ( using 2nd hot spare Endian box )
- Support and patches, (  free version only has security updates from 
included packages,
                                         but Endian issues themselves 
fixed at next ISO roll-out, or by
                                         patches posted on the forums )
- Centralized management (web account) for all Endian appliance you 
manage at remote sites ( without required
                                     static IP  on those boxes to 
manage them )
- Optional VMware appliance ( with vmware tools installed )
