Good stuff.  Admittedly, it's been more than 6 years since I've bought any non-Apple hardware.  I chose Dell at the time because their support model was the only that offered on-site next day hardware replacement.  The hardware wasn't the best, but they compensated by replacing it within 24 hours.  They once even gave me a completely refurbished upgrade after some extended choppy waters.  HP hardware is good, too, just can't vouch for their hardware support.
