[PLUG] TCL shell

While we are on the subject of shells, I had forgotten about the TCL
shell, until I saw http://www.packtpub.com/article/overview-tcl-shell
just now.

TCL/TK is interesting - we used for a programming exercise (developing
an application to make change) when we taught the Computer Merit Badge
at boy scout science camp back in 2007.
