We use TRAChttp://trac.edgewall.org/ It's python, with a wrapper for SVN (and git in dev state), ticketing and wiki systems built in.
Thanks, I'd forgotten that TRAC had more than just bugs.It turns out someone else already has been using http://www.thebuggenie.com/ which looks pretty interesting too... Now all I need is some time and some buy-in...
