[PLUG] Ubuntu 11.04 (Grub2) always boots recovery menu

This is more of an irritation than a major problem, but every time I
reboot one machine, it goes directly to the recovery console rather
than to a login prompt. This machine is a minimal Xubuntu installation
booting to the command prompt. The odd thing is, while none of the
recovery options makes a difference- the system still goes right to
the recovery console on the next reboot- I have no problem whatsoever
logging into the system, starting the services (it's a LAMP).

Thoughts?
