[PLUG] Lower the national debt by expanding the government's use of Free Software

I thought for a bit before posting this, since it is political /
public policy rather than technical.  But eventually I decided to,
since it is about FOSS which this group is about.  http://wh.gov/kCq
is (a shortcut to) a petition at whitehouse.gov to encourage the
Federal Government to use more free / open source software.
