I seem to remember a while back like many years ago the NSA created SE
Linux and even offered it to other agencies of the government,
volunteering to setup and maintain the the selinux systems for them.
The government agencies wanted nothing to do with the NSA's version of
Linux.  They were happy to have their systems cracked and broken by all
of the nefarious crackers.
