I strongly recommend nearlyfreespeech.net. They are a very inexpensive
web host. While it's not free, their reliability, service quality, and
sysadmin team is top-notch. You could easily host your site there
for years for $10.

It's pay-as-you-go before the cloud was popular, and it's designed for
humans to use, unlike the Amazon APIs which are fundementally designed
for automated tools to use.
