Re: [PLUG] I need a book recommendation

+1 Cuckoos Egg

I've found myself recommending this book several times in the last month. My grandfather gave it to me almost 20 years ago, and it got me fascinated with Unix and computer security.

I can't recommend it enough.

+1 "The Cuckoo's Egg"

Amazing story and well written.
This reminds me that I have to dig out my copy and re-read it.

Unfortunately the only books I've found readily available in book stores are certification study guides and I'm not sure that's the best place to start. I was looking for something more like a textbook or something like that.
