There's no technical issue stopping netflix from supporting Linux.  I can't remember where I read it (on of the moonlight developer blogs) but netflix won't issue DRM licenses to the Linux platform.  It's all about DRM.

OK, so it runs on Linux as long as your Linux is completely locked down.
