Re: [PLUG] Linux mixer |
You could do it with JACK and jack_mixer. And you would then use something like Patchage to route the captured audio through jack_mixer. It's exactly what you're looking for, and even has nice monitoring functions you could route to headphones. JACK is pretty much *always* what you want the moment you find yourself saying "the audio from this program should route to this other program." -- ---ARJ Chief Engineer, Hit the Sticks, LLC On Tue, Nov 27, 2012 at 9:30 AM, jeff <jeffv@op.net> wrote: > btw, Guitar Center has the PreSonus USB 2x2 audio recording interface for > $99 on its continuing Cyber Monday promotion. > > I don't know if it likes linux but it's a good price point. > (My Alesis was downright hostile) > > > -- > ThermionicEmissions - the blog > http://leftystrat.blogspot.com > > ___________________________________________________________________________ > Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org > Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce > General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
