Also there's a whole host of ID Software games which are ported to Linux.  I comprised a list of decent games on Linux which steam could have before they even considered a Linux port.  See my post on Linux questions.

I was unaware of Just Tactics. I'll definitely check it out.

Side note: I just picked up Unity of Command for a song on a Steam sale. It's very Advance Wars-ish, though I'm getting kicked around by the AI pretty good at this point.
