Just an overview of the different options available would make a great
meeting, I think...I've been using Plex because of its simplicity (and
compatibility with streaming to both Roku and Android), and I'd be
interested in hearing about other option.

A set of short talks on different options, maybe? Myth, XBMC, Mediatomb,
Plex?
