Oh no, see SMART is like FOSS, *everyone* has a standard.... Just hard to find two using the same one. :/

With SSDs particularly, the OEMs took the existing HDD semi-standard SMART data and just tacked on OEM-specific fields left right and center until they had all the telemetry they wanted. Given another 3-5 years, or 5-10 years if you're a pessimist, they'll all converge down to a semi-standard like HDDs did.

But, one of the wonderful dumb things about SMART is that it seems
like it is completely non-standardized...
