any documentation to indicate that an .ftpaccess file would be honoured.


Yrs, this is openssh sftp configuration. No ProFTPD.

I will be texting it tomorrow. If you're right, i think i will be falling back on home directory permissions (removing write for user, leaving it for group, and only me in the group).
