[PLUG] 16.10 

Upgraded Xubuntu yesterday.
No showstoppers, just a little weirdness.

Choqok (good Twitter client) doesn't pull the tweets
Arora (tiny little browser) stops most of the system then crashes - 'Web' browser works in place (Google/Blogspot is weird with browsers). 
They spelled colonoscopy wrong
Minor theme changes
