Re: [PLUG] Run VirtualBox on a VPS?

My question is: why go to the trouble of running a hypervisor on top of an existing virtualization setup? Why not simply use the native AWS/Linode/DigitalOcean/etc. provisioners and/or APIs?

Also, I believe someone up-thread was bemoaning the lack of block storage for VPSes -- AWS, Azure, and DigitalOcean all offer the ability to add block storage to existing instances.
