i have yet to see more than a small handful of people switch from Arch to anything else. Good for your team! 

As far as RHEL, are business cases. However, I have a hard time justifying self support versus CentOS. But... if you're going to move to OpenShift and some of their other tools... it has its uses. I have to hand it to Red Hat for making it one stop shopping for their data centers.
