[PLUG] Fwd: 7x24 Exchange Meeting at FMC Tower RESCHEDULED for March 13th

Passing this along from the local 7x24 Exchange chapter.  I brought it up at PLUG Central awhile ago and its now been rescheduled (since it was bumped due to a certain team winning the Superbowl and then having a parade).

The dinner is $50.  If anyone want attend, let me know.

Presentation 1 - From BitCoin to Blockchain
Our presenters Mark Jacobs and Thomas “Jay” Rush will provide brief presentations on the history of Bitcoin to the evolution of programmable Blockchain and the business case applications.  Jay will offer a brief history of his investigation of the inception of Crypto Currency to the concept of programmable Blockchain.  Mark will provide a follow on presentation to the business applications of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger.  The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion where our presenters will field questions on crypto-currency, distributed ledger and how this innovative technology will change how business is conducted.
Presentation 2 - The FMC Tower / NASDAQ Story
Nasdaq’s presentation will focus on their new, collaborative environment in FMC Tower, including the Data Center, Trading Floor and offices, and the innovative approaches that were used to support this Mission Critical operation.  A tour of the Data Center and Trading Floor will follow the presentation.
