Agreed.

Speaking of hairball busters, Thunderbird and others allow a choice of format. I like 'text'. It offers me the ability to download graphics, but blocks by default. The "Allow HTML Temp" add-on can switch on the fly.

*so if I get hit on the head with a car, I can see those lovely backgrounds and ubiquitous emojis.
