This is impractical and dubious.  You might as well tell people to never
read your email on a computer.  At least the browser does all the stuff
you're concerned about in a sandbox.

I'm all for getting rid of HTML mail (or at least scripting in html mail),
but until you can convince the normies of the world not to send it there
isn't much point in going on about the merits of it.
