I suspect management at work read that book. To a large degree at work the word "Agile" means "waterfall with unrealistic deadlines." I mean, what business manager doesn't want his IT service provider to be "agile?" Then again, when the procurement process ensures that signing a contract takes as long as delivering a full-scale project, there isn't a lot of incentive to just deliver an MVP. -- Rich ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
