My organization, ECRI Institute, is looking for a Linux Systems Engineer. 

Essential Functions Statements(s)

• Love for Linux and automation
• 5+ years experience supporting and operating production Linux & Windows infrastructure, virtualized and on bare metal in a DevOps, SysAdmin or Software Engineering role
• Understanding of networking
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in at least two modern CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Travis, Gitlab CI, CircleCI, TeamCity and Bamboo.
• 3-5 years hands on experience in at least two modern DevOps/IAC technologies such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Vagrant, SaltStack, CloudFormation and Terraform.
• 3-5 years hands on experience in at least two modern languages or scripting technologies such as Groovy, Ruby, Python, bash and PowerShell.
• Hands on experience in at least two container technologies such as docker, rocket, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm and Rancher.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting secure development and deployment environments.
• Experience with agile methodologies and organizations.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Staying current with emerging open-source technologies.
• Ability to train others.
