Test your sticks one by one, see if one has a problem, or if all of them do. This will tell you what to do next. I'd wager you'll find that one stick has issues, or that the problem clears when you start removing and reseating the sticks.

This is my vote.  My experience — corroborated by anecdotes from other system builders — is that Ryzen's memory controller is pretty picky. Try sticks off the "approved" list.
