The factory reset may have left the router in a somewhat broken state — it's uncommon and shouldn't happen, but still does from time to time, especially with consumer-grade hardware. So I'd try re-flashing the router with fresh firmware. The bootloader on a Netgear router can download a firmware file via TFTP and flash the router with it: https://openwrt.org/toh/netgear/wndr4300#oem_installation_using_the_tftp_method https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-client The timing is a little tricky, so you may need to try a couple times before you hit the TFTP upload window. -- Soren Harward ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
