Win 10 is still the best platform for developers making and playing Video Games, even if it’s a steaming pile of bug ridden System OS stuff, it has the largest Marketshare for PC gaming.

Because the Microsoft platform is good for playing Video Games and for Developing it, other platforms like Linux and MacOS are not as popular.

While I don’t like the Bill Gates Borg Collective (Star Trek reference), it’s still faster, cheaper and easier to develop for it.

I don’t like Win 10, but Mac OS and Linux don’t make it easy or cheap to make games for it.
