Fortunately it sounds like in both cases this isn't a security issue for your network - just for the upstream website forums/support/etc. It is just interesting to have two in a row, for what are probably the two most popular upstreams in the FOSS community (note most of Ubiquiti isn't FOSS but they're far more supportive of us and much of it is Linux based with ssh access, packaged for Ubuntu where applicable, etc).
