I have a Yeti "blue" microphone (or is it "blue yeti"? no idea.)
When I plug it into my Dell laptop running Kubuntu 20.04 it's recognized and it "just works".
My workstation is an HP Z440. It's running Kubuntu 20.10.
When I plug the mic into the workstation it does not show up in the pavucontrol app and it's not available for any application.
I suspected my USB hub might be the issue so I plugged it directly into a USB port on the computer. Same result.
Here is the relevant output of dmesg:

Any ideas about why this isn't working?
I have yet to reboot so I'll try that next - although if I wanted to reboot every time something changed I'd just run Windows :-D
Thanks,
Eric Lucas
