The one directory in particular that I want to sync holds my Gnucash
database. It's not big, but it creates and deletes a bunch of files
with time and datestamps in their filenames which make it impractical
to share in Dropbox's UI.

I mean, I could manually rsync the files too, but that's what I'm paying
Dropbox for.
