Henry, What kink of hardware? If you mean a computer, try a computer or hamfest or there is a company in Montgomeryville, SAS and there website is http://www.sas.net/. They have surplus equipment from local companies. Last month I picked up a IBM P4 1.8GHz 256Mb and 40 Gig HD for $175. A monitor is an extra $10.
