Or, at least, draws it out. I've made my living in tech in the Philly area for
27 years. There's plenty of tech here, but it tends to be (for lack of a better
word) quiet and under the radar, unlike Silicon Valley, Boston's Route 128, or
even NYC. Events like ETE draw attention to tech in this area, but I often wish
it were more uniformly vibrant.
PHASE is an experiment. If it fails, so be it. But I see no harm in trying.
