An excellent resource for CDs is:

It's a middleman system, they provide the frontend for a large list of
dealers, independent shops, collectors, etc.  The ratings are usually very
accurate.  I find that the best deals usually come from:

    http://www.cdcellar.com/ 

GEMM is a godsend for rarities (give or take the odd Game Theory bootleg).
