That is a good idea.  Why the heck didn't I think of that.

I will look into this.  I love the Debian package management system.
Bringing it to OS X is a briliant idea.

I'm a bash person myself.  I still haven't set up a .bashrc file yet
though :-/

Yes indeed.  Thanks.

I have an update.  It turns out that compiling libming successfully
requires a patch.  There is a link to the patch in the FAQ.  I've
applied the patch and built libming and the perl modules which ended up
in /System/Library/Perl/darwin which is in the @INC.

The fun begins when I try testing this.
