Tech Meeting Wed, 1/21

Well, my paper's finished and submitted, and I've gotten confirmation
that we can have a tech meeting Wednesday night.  In the past we've
had tech meetings at ISI, but this time we're going to try a different
place in Center City.  I need to check on a few last-minute things
(address, whether we need to sign in, etc.) and then I'll send out an
official announcement.
