No. You either need to get a linux port of the game, or run the game
under wine. Other than that there's no way to run windows games in
linux.

Ick. The java port takes up gobs and gobs of ram, is slow and generally
cruddy. Personally, I prefer either gnomeicu or licq. They use gtk+ and
qt respectively. Just do a search on freshmeat for ICQ for a bunch of 
ICQ clones.  You may have better luck with the clones. The memory foot
print is much smaller, and if you can find packages for your distro,
so much the better.
